On Sept. 27, 2017, Rob and his sister Kyliefiled a lawsuit against Chyna. In the complaint, Rob claimed Chyna attempted to choke him with an iPhone cord during an intense fight in December 2016.
Rob and Kylie — who owns the home where the alleged altercation took place — sued Chyna for battery, assault and vandalism.
In the complaint, Rob and Kylie alleged they were forced to seek legal recourse against Chyna as they “endured several months of injuries” after her “deliberate attempt to extort the Kardashian family for her own monetary gains.”

On Jan. 8, 2020, Rob reportedly filed for primary custody of Dream, claiming in a sealed court filing that Blac Chyna is “out of control.”
TMZ also reported that, in the filing, Rob accused Chyna of violence, citing one occasion where the mother of two allegedly threw “sharp objects” at her hairdresser.
Rob’s sister Khloé also reportedly made a statement in the filing, claiming that Dream has been “decidedly more aggressive” lately and saying she doesn’t want to go home to Chyna, TMZ reported.

Chyna asserted the influence of the Kardashian-Jenner clan resulted in the cancellation of the couple’s show,Rob & Chyna.
