Nicole Kidmanbit the bullet and watched one of her recent hits with her daughter.
TheExpatsactress, 56, tellsVogue Australiathat her teen daughter, 15-year-oldSunday Rose, recently sat down and watched Kidman’s HBO show,Big Little Lies.
“She has a very good understanding of things, and life, so she was hand-held through it,” Kidman said, noting there were still scenes where she instructed the teen to look away.
“And she was like, ‘No. There’s no more discussion. The third series has to happen…I’m sick of the talk. Sick of circling it. Just get it done.’ ” Kidman laughed. “You need a teenager to go, ‘Enough. Just do it.’”

Ahead of the release of the show’s second season in fall 2018, Kidman appeared onThe Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she talked about her younger pair spending time on set with her during filming.
“They were inas extras inBig Little Lies, which I’ve never told anyone, and I’m not being a big mouth,” Kidman joked, noting the girls make a cameo but not during what part.

In aninterview with Australian reporter Angela Bishopin July, theNorthmanactress revealed that she is planning on returning to Australia with her kids to see family.
“Nicole, are you coming home anytime soon for anything? Is there anything on the horizon we should know about?” Bishop asked.
“Just family. Always family. We jump in and out quite a bit, sometimes under the radar, which is always lovely too,” Kidman replied.
