If you look at the pill concepts everywhere , they reduce the conception alone to the body of the pad . Then the designers place a screen with a more or less Photoshopped version of : a ) Mac OSX or b ) Iphone OSX . But there is a job with that feeler : the way the UI elements are come in over the screen .
For me the easy way to grab the pad is holding it with the two hands ( six of your eleven photo show that you seems to think the same manner ) , so … why not put the ascendency in the area that your thumb can reach them effortlessly ? . I ’ve develop a UI conception that work that problem .
