Earlier this week , Instagramrolled out an updatethat finally gave users the ability to zoom into photo . But for every action , there is an adequate and diametrical chemical reaction , and after put in the update , many users complained that the text size in the app had gotten notably small .

Why did Instagram lessen its font size of it ? I ab initio surmise it was to disaffect its older demographic in the seeking to go past Snapchat as the # 1 teenaged social medium app . But then I discovered other Instagram users who complained their font sizing was nowgiant .

So what the fuck is going on ?
Instagram did n’t really change its font size , but the sizing of the text in the app now correlate with your active type scope on your iPhone . Even though my schoolbook size is on the 2d little setting , it looks even smaller on Instagram . Luckily , it ’s really easy to set this if the update is filter your eyes .
Go to options > Display & Brightness > Text Size and adjust to your liking . Mazel tov !
