A herd of goats rode into a Texas town and took over.
On Feb. 27, the Arlington Police Department received calls about a group of over 60 goats that were trotting down neighborhood roads,according to CBS.
The Arlington Police Departmentshared a videoon Facebook of officers attempting to corral the dozens of roaming goats. The department mentioned in the video that the clip was captured near the Crystal Canyon Natural Area in Arlington.

In the video, the goats run out of a forested area onto a roadway as police walk behind the animals. Several police cars block off the road so the goats can run freely.
“If you see one OR 474 of these fellas, who may have possibly roamed off, please call the non-emergency line,” the police department added in the video.
The police department shared more footage of the wandering goatson YouTube. In the clip, which is from a police officer’s body cam video, an officer tells another, “[the goats] are going this way. We need them to go that way,” before adding, “I told you it’s a bunch of goats.”
The goats then walk in a group along a road in front of several houses before an officer exclaims, “Oh, it’s a mess.” Another officer notes that the goats are “kind of cute.”
“Go, goats, go back to where you came from, please,” the officer can be heard egging them forward. “Who knew we were goat wranglers now?”
According toNBC5, the Arlington Police Department rounded up all the goats safely, and none of the animals sustained injuries. The agency also provided information on where the surprising stampede of goats came from.
