Dolly Partonhas been working 9 to 5 crafting a special new ice cream flavor.

The country legend, 75, has already had a monumental year between winning a Grammy award andhelping fund the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Parton is just getting started, though, and her latest endeavor is a sweet one.

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams announced the new flavor in partnership with Parton last month after teasing the collaboration on their social media. The Strawberry Pretzel Pie pint features subtly sweet cream cheese ice cream that is layered with salty pretzel bits and red strawberry sauce.

The limited-edition flavor goes on sale today (Thursday, April 8) at 12 p.m. ET. Jeni’s recommends heading to your local scoop shop early or orderingonlineright at noon in order to nab a few pints (limit 2) before they sell out.

Sales from the flavor will benefit Parton’sImagination Library— the nonprofit organization she founded in 1995 that gifts free books to children from birth until they reach five years of age to encourage early reading.
